- Proofread documents and correspondence for accuracy and clarity.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and visitors.
- Assist with order entry and processing tasks as needed.
- Coordinate events and assist with event planning logistics.
- Support project coordination efforts to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in proofreading documents for grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to address inquiries effectively.
- Familiarity with order entry processes and systems is a plus.
- Experience in event planning or coordination is advantageous.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
