POSITION OVERVIEW The Craft Recruiter is a valuable member of the Craft Shared Services team and works closely with Human Resources staff and Hiring Managers. In this role, you will be responsible to execute full life cycle craft recruiting including pre-hire and onboarding support and transfer coordination. Tasks will include but are not limited to creating and managing requisitions including assess job specification criteria, screen and interview potential candidates and negotiate contingent job offer details with candidate. This job requires a self-motivated individual that can work independently and as a part of a team to successfully recruit and screen talent, and fill a variety of craft roles (Welders, Electricians, Crane Operators, Pipe Welders etc.) against aggressive timelines At Kiewit, the scale of our operations is huge. In recent years, we have gone from decentralized HR groups to a unified, shared service team, with various HR Centers of Excellence. Our vision is to be a best-in-class international HR organization. LOCATION This position is based out of The Woodlands, TX. This is a shared service center in a professional office setting. RESPONSIBILITIES Source, screen and recruit skilled craft candidates, and present the best talent to our hiring managers for consideration in a high volume, fast-paced environment where you will be expected to manage 15-25 requisitions on a weekly basis. Creatively identify qualified candidates utilizing ATS, CRM, LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, job fairs etc. to identify niche talent for current openings and develop a talent pipeline for future openings. Leverage strong communication/collaboration skills to work with-in a centralized, cross-functional recruiting team to support the business demands effectively Maintain and document candidate activity and progress in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Interview prospective candidates via phone/in person to assess skill set, work history, and salary requirements Reach hiring agreements and negotiating bill and pay rates within established pricing ranges, under the direct supervision of management Ensure all talent placed has met pre-hire requirements (references, background checks, etc.) and placements are made within established time frames. Build strong long-term relationships with Hiring Managers, Site POCs and HR by providing quality craft hires while working in a metrics-driven environment Effectively manages stakeholders and expectations while working in a metrics-driven environment Stay abreast of internal and external trends in the marketplace generate leads and market intelligence that will enhance our craft recruiting efforts Maintain relationships with candidates to gain industry and project knowledge, obtain referrals and be aware of future placement opportunities Identify and embrace ways to increase efficiency and effectiveness that will improve your workday, your results and the overall productivity of the recruiting team. Ensures compliance with established procedures, labor agreements, and applicable laws. QUALIFICATIONS 4
years of experience in recruiting, craft recruiting experience preferred Ability to source/recruit, screen, interview, and hire top talent into our business Ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to gain trust and respect of others Ability to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships within and across groups work towards solutions that benefit all involved parties Strong time management, with ability to balance multiple priorities and maximize timely and quality output in a fast-paced environment Organized and detail-oriented, with ability to solve problems independently Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization Ability to demonstrate appropriate professionalism and emotional intelligence Energetic, motivated self-starter who takes initiative to get things done Ability to respond to work requests on nights and weekends as needed Ability to travel for job-site visits, job-fairs, team meetings, trainings, and other events Preferred

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
HR Recruitment & PlacementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
