Hands on development in all areas of Salesforce but focused on Sales Cloud capabilities covering Account, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, and Case Management across both Classic and Lightning. Establishes and maintains relationships with business teams. Represents the needs of the business, function, or geography during implementation of new capabilities in Salesforce. Actively participates in IT projects where Salesforce integrates and is either upstream or downstream to other applications and take care of the required changes to ensure that business process is supported. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ IT / Engineering or related discipline with 6
years of experience developing on the Sales Force Platform 8
years of relevant experience in IT industry working on multiple roles like application architecture, design, and development. Good level of understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies. Knowledge in Data Analysis involving Data Cleansing, Data Conversions, Data transformation, Data Quality Analysis, Data Relationships, Source Systems Analysis and Reporting Analysis. Experience Salesforce developer in Developing Apex Classes, Triggers and Visual force Pages, Lightning Component bundles, Salesforce Lightning Design System and Lightning App Builder. Extensive experience developing Lightning Components - both within the Salesforce Lightning Design System and by writing custom Lightning Components in Java Script within the Aura framework. Leading cross function vendors from the technical front on various implementations and management of the delivery across standalone projects, in addition to regular major/minor sprint activities and Case support system. Experience in understanding business requirements, user stories, and providing detailed Salesforce system and functional designs. Hands on exposure in building enterprise applications using different open-source platforms. Understanding of application, server, and network & cyber security Exposure to security patterns like SSL, OAUTH, SAML Understanding on architectural and design patterns Excellent oral and written communication, time management and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization Outstanding communication skills with the ability to clearly present data, context and implications to senior business and IT leaders Contributes to application development project plans; approve scope of work, time and cost estimates, resource allocation, and identification of critical path activities and dependencies. Identifies and resolves problems which may impact projects by monitoring progress and project status. Ability to work with a global team, experienced with teams across various cultures and remote team Manages the end-to-end Functional Architecture creation through deep application knowledge Apply advanced subject matter knowledge to complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Ability to manage lead, manage and coordinate vendor responsible for design, development, and delivery to deliver the roadmap. This may be through a combination of insourced and outsourced implementation and support. Demonstrates proven extensive knowledge levels and acumen specific to understanding underlying client business problems and technology-enabled solutions that addresses the needs of large organizations, including how to implement technology solutions to help streamline organizational needs and meet legal-related and industry-specific compliance standards and regulations. Understanding and solving business and technology challenges related to the implementation and integration of CRM/ERP technologies, delivering Social & Mobile Enterprise platforms, and designing and developing platform-based applications that meet business needs.
