The Warehouse Manager oversees the planning, implementation, tracking, fulfillment and shipping of My Garage Door Parts online shopping website as well as walkin customers.
Primary Duties and
Responsibilities:
Continually monitor incoming online orders to ensure prompt, on-time fulfillment.
Responsible for picking the product for customer's online orders, packing and shipping.
Ensures smooth operation of order fulfillment process.
Answers the telephone and emails promptly and provides helpful service to customers.
Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions.
Follow up on all customer inquiries.
Work with suppliers and vendors Update tracking log for orders, inquiries, orders shipped and received.
Receving new product and shipments Secondary Duties and
Responsibilities:
Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required.
Required:
PC knowledge, specifically Microsoft Office.
Ability to lift and pack packages up to 50 Lbs English (other languages welcomed) Customer Oriented Excellent communication skills Job Type:
