With 30 years of experience and proven competencies, Mpact is looking to expand its team and hire an ambitious, self-motivated individual for the Warehouse Associate role in Spring, TX.
This position will primarily be during the 2nd shift (3PM - 11:
30PM).
Responsibilities Include:
Load Outbound company vehicles for their corresponding DSD Routes Check orders and invoices before loading vehicles Handle driver check-ins as they return from their daily routes Unload and receive Inbound shipments Put away Finished Goods, Raw Materials and other SKUs in their designated inventory locations within the warehouse Work closely with Customer Service and management to ensure process compliance and execution Order Fulfillment through pulling and staging orders based off of sales orders / pick tickets Representing and assuming an ambassador role for Mpact Beverage Company Requirements Include:
Available to work Monday - Friday (occasional weekends) Willing to be flexible with schedule (occasional late nights / early mornings) Excellent communication and customer service skills Organizational skills Detail Oriented Ability to read and understand sales orders and pick tickets Current driver's license with a clean driving record Prior experience operating a Forklift Ability to lift 100 lbs as this position requires lifting objects
Experience:
Worked in a warehouse shipping/receiving environment in the past (Required) Worked in a customer-facing environment at a past job (Required) Benefit Conditions:
