Spring, TX Spring, TX Part-time Part-time $18 - $20 an hour $18 - $20 an hour 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago POSITION PURPOSE The candidate will be responsible for assisting with aspects of accounting; including general ledger accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, collections and preparation of financial statements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES To include but not limited to:
Scan invoices & attach documents in ERP Filing Data entry Assist with AR collections AR research for customers AP data entry Research of payments
Qualifications Education:
Education and experience to commensurate with position requirements REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
Windows Operating Systems to include; Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams Intermediate Excel skills Ability to communicate clearly with all levels of management customers Ability to work and participate in a team oriented environment Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic and changing environment Strong analytical skills with effective problem solving abilities Strong attention to detail High degree of initiative; highly motivated self-starter Detail oriented and able to multi-task effectively Familiar with standard office equipment
Experience:
3-4 years of experience in accounting or a finance field Job Type:
