Summary:
They are looking for a Director of Patient Care Services who is a seasoned nursing performer in a role as Manager or Director with:

Your Commitment Is To:
Define the efficiency road map of Med Surg, Telemetry, Wound Care and Hospice units.
With 245 FTE's, this is one of the largest areas of director-level responsibility within the hospital.
Assessing all areas, you will develop and implement yearly operational goals to be even more successful.
With six (6) Nurse Managers and other support staff to assist you in Quality Outcomes, you will have plenty of internal support.

Oversee and participate in quality, patient safety and the patient experience.
Establish benchmark metrics that focus on productivity and staff success.
Assist and monitor physician interaction and integration, by building strong relationships.
Collaborate with all directors, management and executive teams of those departments that interact with all your units.
Consciously create staff engagement programs, that emphasizes the mission, vision, guiding principles, and values of the Company.
