Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
Support existing sales territories Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently Communicate with customers via phone calls and emails to ensure that orders were taken correctly, fulfilled, delivered, and paid for.
Answer daily phone calls to a general phone line.
Resolve customer and applicant inquiries/issues in a timely manner.
Build relationships with existing and newly signed customers via phone and email Customer Service Representative
Qualifications:
2 years of customer service experience Excellent written and oral communication skills Fast learner, results-oriented, and curious person who wants to grow and develop with our company.
Strong attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office Ability to work well under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlines Self-motivated and the ability to multi-task in a team environment Listening, analytical, and reasoning skills Must have excellent organizational and follow-up skills
