The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years bookkeeping experience preferably with Quickbooks.
They will be handling A/R, A/P, & making deposits.
Must have the ability to multi task and have a strong phone presence.
In addition to bookkeeping, at least 50% of the job consists of inside sales duties of answering phones and assisting customers & factories with orders, as well as assisting our outside sales team.
You must show initiative, be detail oriented and a team player in our friendly office.
You must be able to work in a fast paced setting.
We offer competitive pay and salary is negotiable depending on experience.
