Required Skills:
Customer Service Skills:
Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage customer queries, concerns, or complaints professionally and effectively.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems that arise in the course of work, and implement effective solutions.
Analytical Skills:

Ezlynx Proficiency:
Experience in using Ezlynx, an insurance agency management tool that allows for policy management, rating, and digital marketing.
Understanding of its applications for customer service, sales tracking, and policy management.
Advanced Excel Skills:
Strong ability to create and manage spreadsheets, perform complex calculations, generate reports, and utilize data analysis features.
Microsoft Office Applications:
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, in addition to Excel, for document creation, presentations, and email communications.
Gmail and G-Suite Proficiency:
Familiarity with Gmail for professional communication and G-Suite tools such as Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Calendar for collaborative work and task management.
Google Drive:
Experience with storing, managing, and sharing files on Google Drive.
Sales and Service Automation Tools:

Qualifications:
Education:
Related field Experience Or, A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management.
Experience:
Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably within an independent insurance brokerage.
Experience in managing teams and using relevant software tools.
Certifications:
Relevant industry certifications, such as Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM), Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), or similar, could be beneficial.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
