How will you make an impact? The Field Service Coordinator is a key team member and contributor to the centralized field support functions of TSS by helping manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficient operations.
The Field Service Coordinator will be responsible for the facilitation of day-to-day field service requests between clients, vendors, and technicians.
This role is also critical by providing direct client support by employing excellent client service and a thorough understanding of our portfolio of services.
The basic function is to plan, schedule and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in providing testing, certification, and related services.
Our Field Service Coordinator is critical to TSS' strategic plan to exceed client expectations by performing contracted services at the highest level of quality and uncovering new needs when possible.
What will you do? Respond to client phone and email requests in a timely fashion.
Follow-up on client inquiries and repair requests while providing product and service information.
Organizes and schedules field service work orders in accordance with the most efficient timeline possible.
Review daily field service orders for technicians Identify, research, and resolve client and/or technician issues.
Review service job completion and documentation for bill preparation of field service orders How will you get here? Education and Experience Associate's degree required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Requires at least 1-year of experience in customer support, field service, or similar customer-facing roles A combination of education, training, and related experience may meet the requirements.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
