Our client has been creating and exporting their chemical products internationally.
This company prides itself on the quality, and positive impact, of their products.
Their office is located in the Spring/Woodlands area.
They are seeking a Customer Service Representative who can join their Customer Service Team.
This Customer Service Representative role is a HYBRID position (after training is completed).
Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM.
Compensation is $26-$27/hr.
This role is direct-hire (permanent) and does come with excellent incentives such as an annual bonus, benefits, and generous 401K.
Applicants MUST have customer service experience in a MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT, chemical manufacturing preferred.
The Expectations:
The Customer Service Representative will be o Responsible for the entire order to customer processing o Providing timely and accurate communication regarding customer inquiries, processing orders, providing price estimates, scheduling shipments, confirming order delivery, etc.
o Responsible for being the first point of contact for all customer complaints o Provide conflict resolution for customer complaints o Becoming a subject matter expert on certain customer accounts or customer projects o Leading coaching and minimal training of customer service representatives o Servicing both internal and external customers The Tools:
The CSR must be proficient at communication via phone, email, and in-person.
The CSR must be confident in MS Office especially MS Excel.
The CSR must have experience within an ERP Software - SAP preferred.
