High school degree/diploma (Required) Prior office management/administrative experience (Required) Excellent oral and written grammar and communication skills (Required) Prior experience in the financial services industry (Preferred) Want some more specifics? If you join the Stability Partner's team, here's what you'll be doing:
Greet visitors with a warm welcome, directing and announcing them appropriately Maintain and organize office files and documentation Answer incoming calls and transfer calls appropriately Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, etc.
as directed Organize conference room after meetings Enter data in client management system Run reports as needed Assist with coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and events Work with financial advisor throughout the marketing process to ensure compliance and approval for all consumer-facing components (mail pieces, emails, handouts, presentation slides, etc.
) Communicate with consumers of behalf of financial advisors, escalating concerns as needed Set and confirm calendar appointments, as instructed Process client change requests such as contact information, beneficiary updates and preference changes Ensure clients receive requested documents (such as 1099), for investments or insurance products Assemble documents, reports, and appointment binders for prospect meetings and client reviews Build strong, meaningful relationships with clients Prepare recognition cards, letters, and gifts for clients, as directed Perform daily client callouts, including birthday, anniversary, or special event calls Assist in coordination of client appreciation events Now that you know a little more about us and what we're looking for, it's time for you to tell us about you.
