Customer Service Representative Role Specific responsibilities and duties include but not limited to:
Handle customer via several different communication methods.
Providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers Take the extra mile to engage customers Help create a technical support knowledge base and develop product and support documentation as needed.
Updates Job Knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks Other related tasks that will be defined by manager Required Work Experience, Specialized Skills and Knowledge:
Customer service orientation skills with developed problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
Proactive self-starter, with a keen eye towards continuous process improvement and the ability to work independently while supporting a team environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present detailed and complex data into concise and understandable information.
Excellent organizational skills with superior attention to detail and high concern for data accuracy.
Effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond constructively to different types of personalities Previous experience in working in the estate planning or legal area is preferred Position is full or part-time and flexible working hours as positions cover multiple time zones.
