This position is a part of the Northside Lexus Call Center Team Ensure that customer service needs are met:
Schedule service appointments Explain invoices to customers Resolve any problems Perform other standard duties Fully coordinate and communicate customer needs with the service team Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree required (GED) or a combination of education and experience Additional training and education a plus Must also possess:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language Ability to effectively utilize the Microsoft Office Suite Strong keyboarding skills, must be able to type and document customer information Superior customer service skills Compensation Starting pay is $20.
