Schedule:
Monday - Friday - On site What's a typical day as a Vendor Management Office (VMO) Specialist? You'll be:
Embedding into the Beeline Vendor Management System (VMS) projects and acting as the local group expert.
Assisting in building UAT Testing Scenarios.
Participating in UAT testing.
Assisting in building training resources.
Assisting in data translation to Beeline templates.
Regularly interfacing with IT on Database and third-party vendor Beeline.
Identifying opportunities to increase efficiency across systems.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have a strong understanding of local contracting requirements with local staff contracting needs/scenarios.
Have strong data analysis and computer skills including Excel.
Are detail-oriented with strong process compliance, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Have the ability to troubleshoot and creatively solve problems.
Are able to work independently with good time management and multitasking abilities.
Have contingent workforce program expertise and managed service providers experience.
Have VMO experience.
Have strong customer service skills with an understanding of client business and objectives.
Have industry and market knowledge.
Have project planning and execution skills.
