o Processing applicants using an online application systemso Preparing communications, such as emails and other correspondenceo Qualifying Commercial Drivers and other field positions in a timely mannero Performing administrative duties assigned by the supervisor or manager as neededo Developing and maintaining relationships with Hiring Managers and Recruiters at assigned Terminals and provide support throughout the onboarding processo Monitoring the completion of all new hire pre-employment background checks and drug screenso Answering high volume phone callso Participating in special projects when needed
Qualifications:
o A High School Diploma requiredo At least 2 years of customer service experienceo Knowledge of USDOT Regulations is a pluso At least 2 years of data entry experienceo Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel) and/or Google Workspaceo Strong verbal and written communication skills are requiredo Bilingual, English and SpanishAbout the Company:
