Responsibilities:
-managing documents, communicating with contractors and suppliers, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with project-related tasks.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Assist with the preparation of legal documents and contracts - Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests with vendors and contractors Requirements:
-Spanish speaking preferably - Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred - Familiarity with property management software or CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is a plus - Knowledge of legal administrative procedures and basic understanding of relevant laws and regulations - Strong negotiation and conflict management skills - Proficient in office software applications (e.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
