Pay Range:
$36/hr to $40/hr

Job Description:
- In this high touch role you will be responsible for helping People Leaders, Director and below with their People Responsibilities.
- Your primary focus will be to assist HR Business Partners and People Leaders with their Workforce Plans.
- You will process Workforce Reductions and be a trusted advisor throughout the lifecycle from selection to offboarding.
- You may also handle escalations as needed.
You will coach People Leaders with difficult or complex conversations. - You will work closely with our legal department to ensure risk mitigation.
- You will support our HR Business Partners so they can focus on Strategic Planning and development of Talent within their organization.
- Finally it is expected at your level of expertise and business background that you will recommend process improvements and simplification that supports the optimization of the program.
- You will engage and work alongside different HR, Workforce Solutions, and COE organizations to ensure dependencies with internal HR Projects and Programs are identified and incorporated appropriately.
Education and
Experience:
- First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
- Typically 5-7 years as an HR Generalist or Employee Relations Consultant.
