Summary:
The Office Assistant will perform various routine clerical duties to support the organization.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Complete functions such as:
Maintenance, Mailing, Supplies, Equipment, Bills, Errands, Shipping, etc.
Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary Assist with booking meeting rooms, conference calls, travel, and appointments Organize the office layout and order stationery and required equipment Keep breakroom and conference rooms tidy and orderly, restocking and ordering supplies as needed.
Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs Occasionally request PO's and submit receipts in accordance with Finance procedures Provide general support to visitors Address employee queries regarding office management issues (e.
g.
stationery, hardware and travel arrangements) Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services Performs other duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent computer skills and Microsoft software knowledge Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment Education and
Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent with 1-year prior office support experience Hands on experience with office machines and scheduling tools Other Requirements:
Ability to work and interact with all levels of personnel Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Job Type:
