Responsibilities Primary responsibility is managing case workflow Process digital cases using our case management software Data entry, invoicing, packaging and customer service Qualifications Comfortable working in a team environment 2 years of work experience in a fast paced environment Team player with great problem solving skills Good computer skills Service mentality with the ability to build relationships over the phone quickly Punctual and dependable Strong attention to detail Willingness to help out with all administrative functions MOST IMPORTANT!!!!
