The primary role is to ensure an overall highly satisfying dining experience for our valued guests and intuitively look for general ideas on how we can improve the experience.
General Day-To-Day As a General Manger, 30% of your time will be on the floor during peak sales times, ensuring service and quality standards are being executed efficiently.
The remainder of 70% of time will be primarily focused towards working on the business:
meeting with key leaders to grow & develop them, meeting with senior leadership (including the owner), and caring for you team and Job Responsibilities and Tasks Manage a schedule of 70

leaders Hold the team accountable (meetings, documentation, coaching, disciplinary action) Monitor and adjust best practices to meet customer service expectations Actively give positive reinforcement Complete tasks given by the Owner/Senior Leadership Build/execute plans for sales growth Manage restaurant finances (supplier payments) Build and manage a Profit & Loss statement Ideal Candidate Experience Requirements 2 Years as a Manger in our organization of 3 years of GM experience in a restaurant outside of our organization.
1 year experience as a team member for any Chick-fil-A or 3 years of team member experience at restaurant with a similar service concept.
Experience leading a team of 30
