Branch managers are enthusiastic, articulate professionals with excellent leadership and people skills. As Branch Manager, you will be expected to utilize effective leadership tools to plan, organize, staff, control, and direct all operations of the Select branch. They must establish goals and objectives for the branch and its employees and devise a winning strategy to make it happen.
Select depends on the Branch Manager's ability to utilize their creative, sales and managerial skills.
Qualifications:
Previous staffing or recruitment experience preferred
3-5 years of management experience required
Applicants must have a proven track record of sales, know how to manage, motivate, coach and train.
Should be a career-minded individual with excellent people skills.
Bilingual English / Spanish preferred
