We have been in the construction industry for over 20 years and have over 15 years experience in the roofing industry both as a roofer and rep. We are also master shingle applicators and shingle select installers. Our company uses only the best products in our roof installations and NEVER cuts corners. Wright Way Roofing and Construction has been built on honesty, integrity and much hard work. We are very team oriented and we look to create a positive sales experience for our reps. This is why we are offering the best pay plan in Spring and surrounding areas.
What we are looking for:
Must be good at customer service, able to multitask and manage accounts. Computer skills are a plus.
What we offer:
5% off the top with a 50/50 split commission . we also offer a 10% draw on the first 3 checks just to get you going. Training will be provide.
We are looking for both seasoned professional and motivated individuals new to the business.
SALES EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS!Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
