The Contracts Analyst will serve as lead negotiator of buy/sales contracts, ISDAs, storage, parental guaranties and letter of credit for Crude and Refined Products activity.
Negotiating contractual terms governing purchase/sale of physical commodities (crude and refined products) and derivatives transactions.
Working with Legal Department on developing commercial contract templates that fit with Repsol trading activity.
Reviewing, analyzing and proposing amendments to the general terms and conditions (GTC's) of Repsol's counterparties.
Coordinating and actively participating in the development of Repsol Trading USA' GTCs, and monitoring such documents to ensure continued compliance with applicable laws.
Working internally with Legal and Tax Department in the development of master agreements and International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) agreements with recurring counterparties.
Drafting and negotiating storage and netting agreements.
Working with Trade Finance and Risk Department on negotiation of Letter of Credit and Parental Guarantees.
Monitoring credit on a daily basis in order to ensure title is transferred accordingly to credit terms agreed on the contract.
The legal authorization to work in the US for any US company.
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
Solid understanding of crude and refined products trading activities(including pipelines and offshore activity).
A minimum of 3 years of experience in an oil/trading company performing similar activities.
Previous experience in drafting and negotiating contracts for crude and refined products.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
