Manage complex phone systems at Corporate site (and certain remote locations) including station and trunk moves, CMS vector programming, voice mail, automatic call distributor (ACD), and unified messaging (fax gateways and VoIP). Design and build project related phone systems and integrations across multiple new and legacy call centers.Certifications in Cisco, CCNT, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or similar a plus.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
