Bilingual A/P & A/R Clerk / Office Assistant
compensation:
$12.00 per hr and up

We are seeking a Bilingual Accounts Payable & Receivable Clerk.
Time: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Saturday 8:00 to 2:00 pm
Requirements:
Experience in QuickBooks required (including managing A/P, A/R, and Collections)
Microsoft Office Experience Required especially Excel, Outlook & Word.
Excellent problem solving skills required
Ability to work independently and with minimal instructions
Must be self-motivated & able to multitask
Ability to meet deadlines
Excellent organizational, typing, phone and computer skills
Excellent communication skills and attention to details
Team player attitude and punctuality a must
Prior Administrative Experience Required
Bilingual English/Spanish a must
Job Duties:
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Monthly Closing
Management of A/P Reporting
Assist with budgeting and special projects
Job costing
Answer phones if needed
Assist Office Manager with job duties as assigned

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
