NAO/PAO Customer Account Coordinator

We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Customer Account Coordinator for
Our NAO/PAO Customer Service Team located in The Woodlands, TX.
The desired candidate should be committed to promoting and ensuring a safe work environment with demonstrated skills in planning/scheduling, organizing, and accomplishing his/her work in an efficient manner. This candidate should be a self-starter, a team player, adaptable, an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage orders from order placement, receipt of product, invoicing, and account settlement
Liaise with plant, storage terminals, tolling partners, rail and trucking companies to coordinate deliveries
Foster supplier, vendor, and customer relationships
Manage inventory and reconciliation for 3rd party terminals
Utilize applicable SAP system elements
Investigate, analyze and resolve problems
Provide coverage for team members
Position will require some accessibility outside of normal business hours
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required or a minimum of 10 years customer service and/or logistics experience, High School diploma or GED required.
Customer Service and/or Logistics experience preferred
SAP and Excel experience preferred
Must be able to work in a team environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Transaction and order entry processing accuracy
Ability to work after hours if necessary
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
Proficient in Microsoft Applications, i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook preferred
